Restore with yin yoga and meditation practice

Yin Yoga is a slower, quieter practice that calms and balances the body and nervous system. Yin yoga draws upon yin elements such as receptivity, passivity ,and introspection. This class focuses on tractioning and releasing the ‘Yin tissues’ of the body i.e. the connective tissues (fascia) and bones. These postures are held longer (3-5 mins) to stretch and unwind the body leaving one feeling balanced and grounded. From our Yin practice we will ease into a 10 min accessible meditation practice complete with the singing bowl.
