Join us to explore the best ways to change to a plant-based diet in a healthful way, and some tips and tricks to complete a 10 day challenge
Eating more plants and less meat is becoming a more popular way of eating. Whatever your drive to eat this way, it can be a little perplexing at first. Often the concerns of whether enough protein or fats are being consumed come up, as well as what the best ways are to consume veggies. In this class we'll explore the whys and hows of going plant based in a healthful way, and we'll line up a 10 day eating challenge with tips to help guarantee your success. You'll leave knowing how to make Veggie burgers and a Chopped Breezy Crunch Salad with Green Goddess dressing.

Because it doubles as a working kitchen, we ask a few things of you, our guest. *Everyone must wear closed toed shoes free of mud and debris. *Please securely tie your hair back before entering our kitchen and cover your hair with a hat or bandana.
