Book signing with award-winning author Deborah Kesten, MPH
Deborah Kesten, MPH will discuss her new book Whole Person Integrative Eating, a groundbreaking dietary lifestyle to help you transform your relationship with food and eating and promote weight loss, health, and healing.
One in two Americans—over 133 million people—suffer from obesity or chronic health conditions, most of which are linked to food choices. After 25 years of research, Deborah Kesten, MPH and Larry Scherwitz, PhD offer documented proof that it is possible to overcome overeating, overweight and obesity and improve health by nourishing yourself multidimensionally each time you eat. They have discovered that weight loss is not about what you eat, but also about why, how, and with whom you eat. But how do you develop a relationship with food that nourishes you physically, emotionally, spiritually, and socially?
Join Deborah Kesten, MPH to learn how overeating may be halted, even reversed, by replacing her newly identified overeating styles with the antidotes to overcome them and how ancient food wisdom combines with modern nutritional science to support our entire being. Indeed, Whole Person Integrative Eating can inspire you to re-envision your relationship to food, eating, and weight, so that each time you eat, you are nourished . . .for life.
