Bone Broth is known to be warming, nutrient-rich and just plain good for the soul this time of the year. It's a versatile key ingredient to have on hand for many recipes, not just soups. You can sip on a cup of it, or use it to add a little nutrient boost and flavor into sauteed veggies or sauces. Join us in our kitchen as we walk you through how to make your own chicken and beef bone broths at home. We'll also cover what makes bone broth different from regular broth as well as some health benefits of regular bone broth consumption (hint - it's great for OUR skin and bones).
