New Year New You: Get the Junk Out
We'll discover how to recognize foods that don't serve us and where to find healthy alternatives. Lastly, you'll make a yummy, healthy meal.
In the first of four classes in this series, you'll learn how to use journaling to identify foods that affect your mood. We'll talk about building your own pantry and fridge purge list as well as how to build a shopping list to replace those toxic foods with more nutritious whole food alternatives. Lastly, you'll make a hands-on meal with your teacher using fresh ingredients. Menu : Chicken Veggie Bake including balsamic roasted garlic veggies and garbanzo beans. Leftovers will be reinvented into a Salad and Green Goddess dressing
