Join us in this class as we dive deeper into the world of holistic healing by identifying and explaining cleansing techniques that can be incorporated into your daily life. We will discuss, in detail, different types of cleanses and how to support yourself through these new beginnings and into your new daily self care regimen. We'll revisit some Holiday stress buster tips covered in our first class. You'll learn how to work easy healthy eating suggestions for each unique body type, as well as re-patterning techniques using EFT, QiGong and JK's blend of holistic living tips. As we're learning, there will be an original yogi tea blend available, brewed from scratch just for this class.
TEACHER : Jagjit Khalsa LAc, LMT, MAcOM, BMus Ed. Jagjit goes by JK and comes to us with years of experience as an educator and holistic health practitioner. JK has offered acupuncture and massage at Harmony & Health in Georgetown for over 11 years. JK enjoys teaching health secrets and more in order to support a balanced and healthy life naturally. Tailoring treatments and workshops to help each person achieve precious balance between body/mind/spirit is a gift she can share with you. We love sharing our classroom with you. Because it doubles as a working kitchen, we ask a few things of you, our guest. *Everyone must wear closed toed shoes free of mud and debris. *Please securely tie your hair back before entering our kitchen. *No exceptions may be made.
