2020 Vision: Practice, Intention Setting, and Vision Boards
Led by Lisa Feder. Join us as we will do some gentle movement, followed by a Yoga Nidra practice. Then we will create Vision boards that will serve as our reminder and motivation to keep moving forward into each moment of the new year.

It’s 2020—not just a new year, it’s a new decade! Are you tired of charging into the new year, making all manner of resolutions in January, only to slip back into your old habits by March? This year, instead of focusing on what you think needs changing, set an intention to move mindfully into the new year, focusing on how you want to show up in 2020, for yourself and for others.
In this workshop, we will look into our hearts and plant the seeds of Sankalpa, which translates to “ a desire born of the heart”, and begin to cultivate a heartfelt purpose that will grow and blossom over time.
We will do some gentle movement, followed by a Yoga Nidra practice, which is a guided meditation and inquiry that will set the stage for your 2020 vision. Then we will create Vision boards that will serve as our reminder and motivation to keep moving forward into each moment of the new year.
Join Lisa Feder, Certified iRest Yoga Nidra Teacher, and author of “A Year of Mindful Wellness” for an afternoon of practice, inquiry, and creativity! All levels welcome. Wear comfortable clothing, bring your mat and a journal. Materials for Vision Boards are included.
