Celebrate the Summer Solstice and the official arrival of summer with this cooling evening practice. Our movement practices will feature slow, meditative versions of sun salutations and other gentle movements designed to help us settle and relax into our bodies. After a cooling pranayama (breath practice), I will guide participants through a summer solstice-themed yoga nidra practice.
