Stand Up for Health

Sitting is one of the most detrimental things we do for our health on a daily basis, as is staying inside all day long. This event seeks to help with both, AND connect you with others that are in the Wellness community here in Austin.
If you’ve always wanted to try SUP, now is your chance. Every month this summer Dr. J will host up to 12 folks for a FREE hour of paddle boarding.
So get outside, enjoy a sunset on the water with us, and Stand Up for your Health! Meet us at the Rowing Dock at 615pm, and we’ll take off at 630 for a 730 return to the dock.
