Have a budding chef at home? Got a little one always eager to help in the kitchen? Empower them to hone their cooking skills and develop their pallet with new and exciting flavors and textures. Each camp day we will create 3-4 recipes including 1 snack and their lunch. If time allows we will include a kitchen craft as well. All recipes will be top allergen free and mostly vegan (some recipes could include animal proteins but we will offer a vegan option)
Ages 7-12 Classes run Monday July 8th -Friday July 12th from 9 am – 1pm
Daily themes could include: **All Things Healing: Elderberry Pops, Sweet Potato Soup and Crostini Dippers **Taco Tuesday with Pickled Veggies **Eating with the 5 Senses (emphasis on colorful foods & fun textures) : Vegan Spring Rolls, Knife Skills and Plating skills **Herbal Revolution : Pestos Sweet & Savory **Party Bites, Snacks & Herbal Lemonade
Top allergen free, mostly vegan although some recipes could include some animal proteins with vegan options for those kiddos who may need.
