New Yoga Studio Opens in ACC Highland

Students of and residents near Austin Community College Highland will have a new yoga studio in their community. My Vinyasa Practice is opening its first brick and mortar location at ACC Highland on April 20th under the Five Two Highland Apartments at 109 Jacob Fontaine Lane, Suite 800. The studio will celebrate with free yoga classes all day.

The new yoga studio will provide donation-based yoga and yoga therapy to central Austin, helping to make yoga and yoga therapy accessible and affordable. To this end, the studio is offering 25 percent off of memberships, with the first month free, if joining before April 15.

The studio is also offering a free online course, Yoga Therapy for Anxiety to lend support through the highs and lows while helping students cultivate the life of their dreams. Learn how to leverage the tools of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness to reduce stress and anxiety. Register online for this exclusive course and join practitioners from around the globe as we come together to step into our highest power.

My Vinyasa Practice has been operating in Austin for three years, and currently serves as Ascension Seton’s Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit’s yoga therapy provider. The studio’s mission is to provide accessible yoga, yoga training, and yoga therapy to the Austin community.
