Students of and residents near Austin Community College Highland will have a new yoga studio in their community. My Vinyasa Practice is opening its first brick and mortar location at ACC Highland on April 20th under the Five Two Highland Apartments at 109 Jacob Fontaine Lane, Suite 800. Register online for this exclusive course and join practitioners from around the globe as we come together to step into our highest power.

My Vinyasa Practice has been operating in Austin for three years, and currently serves as Ascension Seton’s Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit’s yoga therapy provider. The studio’s mission is to provide accessible yoga, yoga training, and yoga therapy to the Austin community.
