Every month as I compile the magazine to get it ready for print, there are certain articles that speak to me more than others. On occasion, the entire magazine aligns with my body, mind and spirit to create a synchronicity of information that I get super excited about.
This month is one of those months! So many articles speak to me personally, starting with our focus on plant-based diets. To call it a “diet” minimizes the importance of eating this way for life. It is truly a lifestyle, philosophy and way of being on this planet that can truly eradicate disease and support the Earth’s fragile ecosystem.
But eating a plant-based diet can mean different things to different people.
