Path to Vibrant Health Awaits at Healing Lecture Series and Mini-Expo

Natural healing advocate Denise Nutt, along with Brenda Walding, doctor of physical therapy and co-owner of Your Health 360, an online lifestyle and nutrition program, invite people to experience Heal Your Body, Heal Your Life: Discover Your Path to Vibrant Health, a one-day lecture series and mini-expo held from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., May 2 at Unity Church of the Hills. The event was created to educate and empower the community to access crucial information and resources to truly heal the body, optimize health and experience the vibrant wellness everyone deserves.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn from local holistic practitioners who are experts in their fields about topics that are essential to health and healing. Lectures will run every 20 to 40 minutes and will cover topics ranging from nutrition, gut health, hormones and more. There will also be a mini-expo of wellness vendors allowing attendees to learn about products and services to help them on their healing journeys.

Lecture topics and speakers include: Stress and Environmental Toxins, Susie Singer, functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner; Eat to Thrive, Katie Tatterfield, certified nutritional consultant; Ancestral Nutrition Wisdom for Modern Maladies, Amanda Love, certified healing foods specialist; Gut Inflammation and You, Dr. Amy Nelson: Chronic Infections and Disease, Dr. Matthew Buckley; Heal Your Hormones, Ron Banuelos, licensed acupuncturist; The Healing Power of Thoughts and Emotions, Amber Peterson, Reiki master; Healing Movement, Chad Walding, doctor of physical therapy; and Personal Healing Journey, presented by Nutt and Walding.

Early bird tickets purchased before April 28 includes a nourishing and delicious lunch prepared by local chef Julie Satterlee, as well as entry into multiple drawings for free wellness items such as essential oils, meal planning services, gift certificates and more.
