This Dinner May Change Your Life!
Jan 09, 2014 08:30AM
Our modern lifestyle has promoted several chronic, degenerative diseases, including Type 2 diabetes and hypothyroidism, both of which can lead to weight gain, chronic pain and chronic fatigue. Conventional healthcare practices involve medications that treat the symptoms of these conditions, rather than addressing their underlying causes.
Dr. Thomas Culleton, DC, will present a free seminar with a gourmet dinner at 6 p.m., June 11 or 25, at the Estancia Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse, in Austin. He will discuss the mechanism that causes 90 percent of hypothyroidism cases in the U.S. and may be destroying other glands and tissues, the lab tests needed to identify this mechanism and the reasons conventional thyroid medication may not impact symptoms.
Culleton will also offer a free seminar with a gourmet dinner at 6 p.m., June 4, 18 or July 9, at the Estancia Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse, to discuss the reasons that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration allows the promotion of foods that create diabetes, how medications may worsen the condition and proper lifestyle choices can reverse it, and why one medication will likely lead to a second.
Nearly 26 million Americans have diabetes, and up to 95 percent of these cases involve Type 2 diabetes, which, unlike Type 1 diabetes, is an autoimmune disease that shuts down the body’s insulin production and is caused by lifestyle choices. Type 1 diabetics need to inject insulin several times a day to stay alive, but Type 2 diabetics do not need drugs.
